Notifications and push
Hear about what needs you, in RIO and in your browser
Assignments, approvals, mentions and replies from across RIO arrive in one notification list behind the bell, and as push notifications in your browser if you turn them on.
Open Notifications and push
Opens in RIO. You will be asked to sign in if you are not already, and you see it when your role allows.
What Notifications and push is
Many apps in RIO create a notification when something needs a person: an assignment, an approval, a mention, a reply or a share. Each notification links to the record it is about.
Notifications collect behind the bell in the top bar. Push is optional: turn it on in your browser to be told even when RIO is closed.
